I've tried out and implemented a lot of business and leadership courses throughout the years, especially since I'm in the hospitality and service-based industry, and Carolene's course is AMAZING! Each section of the course is intentional, straight to the point, no fluffy language just to fill up time and space. Carolene provided real life examples, thought-provoking questions that lead to actionable and tangible tasks. She talked about different ideas and concepts that I didn't consider thinking about when it comes to creating a memorable experience from the very first interaction whether that be indirectly or directly to the very end where your guests become your greatest advocates; from the language and the emotion evoked to the connection and the community. It's very important as a leader how to understand every single part of a guest journey and how to improve your leadership with your team. The course is user friendly and it gives all the tools about how to become a better leader in all the sphere of your work. Hi! My name is Carolene Méli and I have spent the last 15 years leading teams all over the world. From running front of house experiences at Cirque du Soleil to leading the entertainment department on a cruise ship, I have worked with hospitality, events, retail and entrepreneurial teams in 17 different countries.
